Protien Pancakes

WOW these are great tasting. I had no clue they would taste so great. You take some quaker oats and grind them in a blender or food processor. Then you pour in a cup of cottage cheese, five eggwhites, a little vanilla extract, a little splenda, some cinnamin and blend it all together. Then just cook it like a regular pancake. It doesn't taste like IHOP pancakes obviously but they are really really great with sugar free syrup.
