Feedback!

Have you ever wanted to let a coworker know how their negative behavior effects the people around them and their work enviornment? Do you have good things to say as well but fear that they will only see the bad and that it will create tension between you and your coworker? There is now a solution for this problem. It's called 360 degree feedback from Appraisal360.

This is how it works. Boss's can set up a few of this persons coworkers to get online and fill out a questionnaire about the person's behaviour, attitude and approach. Then the system compiles a report of all the received data and the feedback can be given to the person for viewing. This is often times more effective than just pure negative feedback. For example, even though people feel that since the questionaire is annonymous and they can get away with being more honest with the person in question, they must also put down the persons good and endearing qualities so there is not just negative feedback. This is actually something that alot of boss's may want to do for everyone anually, even if there is no signs of conflict with the person, it is good to get everyone feedback.
