Phew..I did my first circuit workout this morning from Kim Lyon's book and man, it kicked my butt. I was thinking to myself eh, this won't be too hard, the first week it's only 15 minutes long. Let's just say I underestimated how long 30 seconds really is LOL after the first few exercises I was already winded. By the time I was done I couldn't beleive that my heart was beating that fast just from lifting weights, doing squats, lunges and a few bunny hops and half jumping jacks. I did well today for the most part, I had oatmeal for breakfast with a boiled egg, string cheese and an apple for snack, grilled chicken with mustard on a wholegrain roll for lunch, but I DID end up eating quite a few of my husbands french fries that he was eating wtih his lunch so that was a mistake but I moved past it, then I had an apple and string cheese again and then for dinner we had chicken and veggie shishkabobs and brown rice. I drank a ton of water as well. So all in all not bad.

I tried the elliptical once at the gym and never again. LOL Looks like you did fine points wise, or if you're doing core. If anything, you've got to find a way to fit in all the naughty stuff.
