Trouble Spots

I did my trouble spots circuit workout today. It was alot of donkey kicks and leg lifts and crunches and half planks and push ups. It was tougher than I thought. My legs are pretty sore from yesterday(not to mention my arms!) and today and my butt is a little tender as well LOL so if I can just keep the food intake under control I bet I will eventually see some results from this stuff.
