Your Body, Your Life

I just picked up this book from the exchange. It's called "Your Body, Your Life" by Kim Lyons. I really enjoy it so far. I am planning on using some of her meal plan ideas and most definatly the exercise portion of the book as well as the journaling. I think it may be the boost that I need to keep me going and jump start the weightloss once again.

Also we got our rill! Yay! It's a charcoal one. Jimmy has always wanted a charcoal one. So much for me lighting it ;) I can light the gas grills, with the ignite button but I don't dare try and light a charcoal grill by myself hahaha. Anyway, tomorrow we are going grocery shopping and picking up a ton of chicken, lean ground beef, steak, and tons of veggies to use on the grill.

I'm doing WW also, and found your blog through someone else's the other day. Just wanted to say hi. I usually use my George Foreman grill. Now that the weather is better, we'll probably do more outside.
