I have been on so many diets over the last ten years. I have to say that i'm sure ANY diet can work, if you can stick to it. However that doesn't always mean that it's a healthy diet. You have to really do your research and find
diets that work for you. An eating plan that works for me, may not work for you. In order for it to work in the long run, it has to be something you can stick to, otherwise you will give up and gain the weight back all over again. It's all in your mindset and your lifestyle.
